At Hype., we want you to be completely satisfied with your street-ready look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Ensure your items are unworn and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Hype. designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
